Vepica Scope:
Perform the FEED, Detail Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Start-Up, in accordance with international petroleum industry standards and practices, and general, accepted engineering and project management principles.
A PDS 3D model of the facilities was the central feature in the physical plant design and main source of fabrication and construction data and drawings, together with a global communications network.
